MakeVBS is a very old tool I made. It can be used to convert a binary file (an executable) into a VBScript. This is done by storing the executable inside the VBScript which will then extract and execute the binary file once it is ran. There are other tools like this one, but MakeVBS is different. While other apps produce VBScripts that are around 7 times the size of the original binary file, MAkeVBS uses compression algortihms to produce a VBS that is only about 2.5 times the size of your original binary.
Norton AntiVirus recognizes MakeVBS scripts as a virus these days, so they will not be of much use to you. Nope, I can't seem to get around the pattern which is matched in this case, so it's over.
